| Description | Natural born werelynxes bear a striking resemblance to their animalsake in their normal form. Infected werelynxes appear as they did before being infected in normal form. In animal form, they appear to be large versions of their given animal, usually a particularly carnivorous breed. In mixed form, they appear to be anthropomorphic lynxes, with tufts on the back of their ears and short tails. Their eyes are always luminescent. |

| Magic | One in a million have soul magic. One in a million have heart magic. Mind magic is possible. Body magic is very effective. All will have one of these four, in a bonding form. Void is impossible. Faith is uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Werelynxes can shift form between "human," lynx, & mixed forms. Each form has advantages: "human" form blends with society, lynx form has all the advantages the lynx has (good hearing, thick fur, stealth), & the mixed form combines the two (good hearing, thick fur, stealth, blending into human society). Each werelynx is born under a specific full moon (one of the three) that determines when they will be susceptible to lunacy. On the full moon, an uncontrolled, berserk transformation takes place, usually to the mixed form. During these periods, they savagely attack & spread their disease. During other periods, they can control the shift, except during the new moon phase of their particular moon. Werelynxes have keep secrets unless bonded to. They are very skilled at magic & tend to be cunning and solitary, in accordance with their nature. If a wound is not made by silver, it will heal quickly. They are extremely resistant to disease & poisons. Werelynxes also have the ability to control lynxes, calling them with their growls. |

| Culture | Werelynxes live amongst Azeti humans, mostly, in the lower parts of Azet, in its mountains. They are very powerful bondmages, connecting to others (and sometimes infecting them). They keep secrets of their powers well and tend to be lofty and aloof. |
