Vucub caquihos procreate with each other rarely, preferring solitude. They are incapable of procreating with non-demons (touching a vucub caquiho destroys one's soul). Other demons do not usually reproduce with vucub caquihos, as touching them drains their power. However, any offspring that come from a vucub caquiho & another demon will be a weak husk.

They are immune to mundane electricity, cold or fire, soul damaging effects, & any sort of mundane weapon, though if they lose their eyes, this immunity vanishes. They can fly, have two to seven long, black tails, & the ability to drain souls from anything they touch. They not only gain sustenance from the souls, but also power. However, the power is quickly used up as they suck the lifeforce out of everything around them. Not even the undead can bear their touch. At a 24 difficulty, they can be summoned or control via dark magic or faith, but if they break loose, the caster/faithful will be driven mad regardless of circumstances. To top things off, they have a white misty breath attack that burns & blisters the skin & liquifies bones. Vucub caquihos sing in demonic after a good fight, & they have auras of night, areas around them where anything that enters risks becoming the vucub caquiho's slave via possession the bodies of the victims.

Vucub caquihos lust after souls. They have no masters except for their own cquiho lords & extremely powerful demons (octallons & greater). Anyone who tries to control them otherwise will very likely regret it. They spend most of their time in the Hells draining energy from the damned or any unfortunate demons or planar creatures. If they are lucky enough to reach Shem, they usually gorge themselves quickly. After a big meal, vucub caquihos are slow & sluggish. This is the safest time to fight one, as they will not get good initiatives or dodge rolls.
