A vitamulus is a little being created through alchemical arts, specifically alchemical arts that capture qi. The chemical recipe for creating a vitamulus involves the maker's sperm or menstruation, but varies by maker otherwise. Those who do not produce sperm or menstruation can sometimes use that of another, but it requires much more power.

Vitamuli are living, functional living people, but they do not have souls, but they can reproduce. They usually stand about 4" tall. The process to create them leaves them with residual powers and a bond to their maker.

Powers:
A vitamulus has the power to survive major physical damage, resist disease, and live for over 500 years. They gain other powers from the bond with their maker.

The Recipe:
The maker must gather their own blood, keep it warm and vibrant, and amplify their own qi within it by mixing it with water of life. Then they must take sperm or egg, place it into a living fruit, which they plant into the womb of a living ungulate. After forty days, it will be a silver light being that must be fed every day for forty weeks the lifeblood mixture until whole.
