| Description | Unvon-vox appear to be anomalies within void machinery. |
| Corruption | If a void being or sigificant user of void (skill/power of 16 or more) dies within a void machine, sometimes their souls are corrupted enough to bond with it. Users of void or msawhat can prime a machine to be accepting or prime a person to bond in this way before killing them intentionally within a machine to create one. |
| Esoterica | Unvon-tox are beings of void and msawhat. They retain their void powers in death. |
| Special Powers | Unvon-tox machines make their users feel deep unease. The unvon-tox controls the machine, even when another user thinks they have control. They are very subtle, but they open up communications with other users of the machine if the user stays long enough in spite of the unease, using any means necessary, usually displays or mechanical codes. When their manipulations lead to the user dying, they feed off the void-rich blood and flesh. As they consume more, they gain void- or msawhat-corrupted powers. |
| Locus | The locus of an unvon-tox is the void machine they died in. It seeks to devour more and more void until it becomes strong enough to be a dominating force over other machines. |
| Necromancy | To create an unvon-tox, a user of void or msawhat (or preferably, both) must prepare via ritual (16) either the machine or the person, then arrange the person die within the machine in a way that does not irreparably destroy the machine. Controlling the unvon-tox (not the machine itself) via msawhat/void requires similar power, but must be paired with control of the machine separately. Summoning is much, much more difficult (30 msawhat, 24 void) because of void's anti-esoteric powers. To capture an unvon-tox and draw its power would require somehow working around the void power or embracing it. Similarly, a medium channeling the voidsoil would mean having a soul able to handle void. |
| Sending | An unvon-tox can be sent only if the machine is completely, irreparably destroyed, and the undead withers and starves. |
| Weaknesses | Mana harms an unvon-tox as well as very strong qi or heavenly essences. The gates works as well. |
| Behavior | An unvon-tox will begin communicating with a user of their machine after a short while, building a relationship, manipulating them. They offer skill, control, power, tempting the user into over-confidence, eventually pushing them into an activity that gets them killed, allowing the unvon-tox to devour their void-rich blood and flesh. |
| Dominion Culture | In the Qhanuum Dominion, unvon-toxes are used to control vessels and machinery, keeping parts of the Dominion running at the cost of only the occasional meal. They are part of a privileged class. |
| Other Dominions | Like most void-based undead, unvon-toxes exist only in the Qhanuum Dominion. |
| Mortal Interactions | Mostly only void-based beings know of the unvon-tox and view them as deep horrors. |
| Afterlife | The soul of an unvon-tox go to the in-between to wait for purification of their corruption from msawhat, ending up in the Void. |
