Topoki Palamean

A cythreulig warlord from the era of ancient empires, Topoki took power through brutality in southern Starfall and ruled with an ironfist. Like many from the era, he was raised a warrior and used his skills as a warrior to intimidate others, kill the previous lord, and take over. As a warlord, he gained many arnic powers through ritual sacrifices and torturing of his enemies. During this era, he learned he could harm the timestream by using the sceams of pain of eel folk, which his men would catch and bring to him. He used this to his advantage during certain battles, but when Fragmentation occurred, he used it to walk through time with a handful of his most elite warriors to see what he could do.
