| Description | Tigrisians are anthropomorphic tigers, the largest felinians (7.5' tall). They have reddish orange fur with black or brown stripes and white underbellies. They have white fringes around their faces and over 100 stripes on their bodies. Their patterns vary by individual, and form and shape of the stripes varies by breed. The stripes are on their skin as well as their fur. There are white spots on their ears. They have wide forepaws. There are also rare white (who have blue eyes), black, golden tabby ("strawberry"), and "blue" (slate grey) breeds. |
| Procreation | Follows the mother. |
| Magic | One in five million have heart or soul magic. Mind and body magic are possible. Void is possible. Faith is not uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Tigrisians are extremely strong, agile, and powerful. They have excellent night vision, and strong senses in general. Their roars are very intimidating, and their other felinian vocalizations are normal. Other than narasimha, most other felinians defer to tigrisians in their presence. Tigrisians' stripes give them natural camouflage. They are elemental in nature. Most are attuned to fire, but other breeds can attune to other elements (white: metal, black: earth, golden tabby: autumn, and blue: matter). They are natural warriors, prone to anger, skilled hunters, and extremely charismatic. |
| Weaknesses | Water magic or faith can harm them, but they don't mind water anyway--it's a sign of strength. |
| Culture | Tigrisians are solitary and territorial. There are no normal set rules for their personal interactions. They are not known for being social, but they are not averse to it, either. They take care of their families, stick close to their extended families as they grow up, but they are not tolerant of rivals. In a fight, they tend to go for the neck, severing the spinal cord or strangling their opponents. Older tigrisians are known to have become eaters of other intelligent races, but in their prime, there are generally very few mundane warriors can take out a tigrisian warrior. |
