The Infinite Door is a Gift that can open to anywhere, anywhen, but no one has ever been able to control it. Because the possibilities are infinite, there is simply too much to process in order to find the precise point one wants. Scientists in the Epoch of the Glass Mantle have connected the Gift to the entirety of the world's computers connected to the Metanet in an effort to try to bring it under their control. For five years, this private project has met with complete failure, so, directed by Servitors of the Champion of Experimentation, the scientists have opened the project to the public. Everyone is invited to enter the Metanet and give the Door a try.

PCs will be the Metanet personas of people trying out the virtual interaction with the Infinite Door. You will need to have a general idea of who is playing these personas as well as specific stats for the Metanet persona. You can be literally anything from within the context of Shem.
