The Bright

The energy of elemental light. All forms of light fall under this, including sunlight (ma'dhahabi), moonlight lunar aether), and starlight qeernariji). The aurora is often considered its own separate subset of the bright (aurora energy). The bright is extremely powerful aetherial magic, focused throughout Shem via the Lesedian Mirror, a massive, magical, aetherial mirror on the floating island of Lesedi on the continent of Gyrah floating above Shem. This also includes the photic zone of the ocean.
