A family of oceams, the Tenbones family is a matrilineal family who own and operate inns, parlours, brothels, warehouses, shops, and ports on Merukis, including their own fleet of reevers. They are one of the few fleets who openly mix legitimate business with piracy.

The Tenbones fleet is a moderate-sized fleet of pirate ships and a large one of legimitate ships. Their crews are interchangeable between legit and pirate, and therefore, they all have a little extra sailing skill (+1 over standard). The Tenbones family tends to favor crewmembers from avian nations, but there's an even mix of species.
