Bellica is a nation on Starfall ruled by Mnemnon, the Pallid Warlock, that created the Lord of Hooks. In the south is Jared's Keep, a pirate outpost that swears fealty to Mnemnon. Bellicans are vicious, cruel people who despise the outside world.
