Green Folk

Ballaman Tree Folk: 9' tall anthropomorphic trees with teal bark and grey leaves. They are a rare but hardy part of the lunar landscape, mostly on the edges of the maria, near ice deposits. They react to the cycles of the moon they are on and have an innate knowledge of magical cycles in general.

Burning Laurel Folk: 7' tall anthropomorphic laurel trees with leaves that are acidic. They exist in small clusters in the wilds of the Grey Moon, where they are survivalists. They dislike outsiders and generally operate as loners.

Golden Yucca Folk: 6' tall anthropomorphic joshua/yucca trees who flourish during the long lunar days. They glow in the sunlight and can channel its warmth. They are very kind and protective, helping strangers across the arid lands.

Lode Willow Folk: 6' tall anthropomorphic willow trees with magnetic leaves. They dwell in small clusters in the mountains. They absorb metals that get caught in their branches. They are said to be very clever.

Lunar Mesquite Folk: 10' tall anthropomorphic mesquite trees which grow in the harshest places on the Grey Moon. They reflect esoteric energies with their leaves, as well as radiation, heat, and cold. They are tough and independent.

Shadow Palm Folk: 8' tall anthropomorphic palm trees which flourish in the dark. Their leaves and bark are very dark black, and they are very secretive. They speak only with one another unless it is absolutely necessary.

Star Palm Folk: 8' tall anthropomorphic palm trees with glittering fronds. They photosynthesize starlight and not sunlight. They can control gravity. They worship the stars and study astrology.
