Fey Faiths
Religions of the fey beings and cultures.
Carmelism
A worship of silence and mystery that requires a vow of silence, which in turn gives power and insight into the universe.
The Fates
The three Fates weave the tapestry of the future, and those who worship them do so with care and caution, seeking to see and understand what will be, but also trying not to bring down the wrath of Fate or tamper too much with how it should be.
Fortune
The honoring of Fortune is to seek the graces of luck itself, but to accept the ill graces when they come.
The Lore and the Tradition
The worship of ancient fey and ancient tales as sources of power and wisdom, and the belief that these ancient spirits are in control of the universe. It is more about appeasing them than honoring or worshiping them, though some do.
Momentarianism
The belief that the present moment is sacred and must be lived in with immediacy and focus, casting off past and future. A monastic faith.
Omens and Signs
Death among the fey is represented in many ways (usually through omens), and the recognition and honoring of these omens is seen as a kind of superstitious spiritualism that is common among the fey, even those who worship other deities.
Reginism
The Queen of All Faerie lives on Shem and is recognized as the source of all fey magic, but other fairy queens exist on and are honored. On the Green Moon, the queen is Diaga, a huntress and lunar figure who is known for her refusal to marry and her pride. Those who honor and worship her do so via rituals that blend lunar and fey beliefs.
Triple Goddess
The three deities (Maiden, Mother, Crone) of magic who control all energies and are to be revered by witch and wizard alike, the worship of them is usually done via witchcraft rituals or offerings made by mages or wizards.
Truetellers
Those who honor and seek true tales over fictions, myths (which are often symbolic), and legends (which cannot be proven or disproven). This worship of truth is separate from a celestial or popular faith in that it focused on the tales and the sharing and telling of them rather than on a broader honesty.
The Visitor
Worship of the Visitor and other ancient dream spirits. The Visitor is a Divine messenger who visits dreams and relays stories, wisdom, and imagery to guide people. Other dream spirits vary greatly, but they always bring the subconscious to the fore, revealing to the dreamer.
Wild Hunt
The collectors of debts, the gatherers of souls, and the forces of the ritual and loric hunt, the Wild Hunt are feared more than worshiped, though some embrace the fear and seek to unite with the Hunt rather than hide from or appease it.
