Makriamallia

Comet-dwelling fey beings.

Markiamallia are fey beings with dark skin that is filled with stars and hair that stretches out behind three to four times their body length. Their hair is always white, yellow, green, blue, or black. Their eyes are pools of swirling pink liquids.

Makriamallia are immune to cold and radiation. They can breathe without air and can regulate their internal pressures.

Makriamallia can control the orbit of the comets they live on if they work communally. They can breathe icy winds, see deep into the distance, and speak prophecies once per orbit. They are extremely strong and fast. They can control their hair as if it were an appendage.

Makriamallia live in small, matriarchal communities on the comets they dwell on, worshiping the cosmos, seeking knowledge of the depths of space, and living as nomads.

Tall folk with hair of sunfire.

Quris are 6’ to 7’ tall fey beings with skin like midnight-blue-black ash, hair made of burning sunfire, and eyes that are molten gold.

Quris absorb sunlight for nourishment. Their hair burns at a power of 15/22/29/36. They can pull from it the burning flames and carry them in their hands. They are immune to mundane or elemental heat and fire damage. They can see long distances. If they breathe in deep, they can draw their sunfire hair into their heads, then release it as a coronal aura of intense heat of power 20/30/40/50.

Quris are from mountainous regions closer to the sun, living in seclusion, absorbing sunlight for nourishment, and protecting themselves from conquerors and slavers. Those in the colonies are there either as slaves or refugees from war-torn regions, but many are free and treated with respect because they are privileged for their powers.

Visoks are tall fey beings with grey and blue skin, silver eyes, and hair like moonlight.

Every visok has the power to levitate. They never fall; they simply slide back to ground. They can jump great distances, speak to stones, and repel magical energies with a gesture. They are resistant to heat, cold, and radiation. They have no need of air, and they can regulate their internal pressures.

They live in the mountainous capes on the Grey and White Moons known as the lunar promontoria. Visoks have vast clans that each have their own complex system of relationships and political beliefs, but they all share a religious reverence for the moons. Many dislike the colonials and have declared war on them,.
