Combining and unifying the spheres of Famine and Harvest (Amber and Rust), specifically the survivalist bent of the Sah Bellaaw salt flat Ammoniac Dwarf tribe known as the Obsidian Eye, and the Aeslawan Amber church. The focus of a Survivalsmith is ensuring the strength of life and the endurance of will for all who may need these boons. The bounty of Amber is used to nourish and build strength, as well as to acknowledge and satisfy need. The Amber aspect is meant to help a person reach their full potential. The weak grow strong, the strong maintain their strength. The Rust aspect is meant to acknowledge that sometimes you have to do without, and to help the body streamline and focus its survival efforts. It is meant to pare down the excess fat of want so that the wants do not distract from essential need. The aspect of Rust is meant to empower the strong to lose as little strength as they can manage in the endurance, and to sustain the weak until they can have their needs met again.
These missions often correlate heavily with issues of social justice such as slavery and poverty, but also apply to natural issues, such as surviving a hurricane or being lost in the wild.

There is no Church of the Survivalsmith. A Survivalsmith acknowledges the primacy of the Mother of Amber and the One-Winged Father. (Sometimes a Survivalsmith might refer to both at the same time in shorthand as "Salt of the Earth.") As such, there are no sacred texts except those of the two Divine aspects.

The most sacred liturgy of the Survivalsmith is to help another being to ENDURE HARDSHIP and GROW STRONG. Feeding the poor and hungry, blessing an army for hard marches and battle, blessing children to grow to their full potential, teaching others to hunt, forage, and cook, teaching others to band together for survival, helping someone find their inner strength and focus, and aiding the downtrodden sentients against their predators. If the actions of a Survivalsmith have resulted in a weak party surviving something they otherwise would not have, or gain strength they might have otherwise missed out on, the Survivalsmith has succeeded in his calling.

Because the aspects of Rust and Amber are diametrically opposed, a Survivalsmith must, by his existence, reconcile the inherent paradox of worshiping the two Divines simultaneously, while at the same time also blaspheming both simultaneously.
