Description They appear to be hairless humans, until a shadow passes over them, at which point an electrical aura will appear. Their aura is a bright electrical bluish yellow color.
Procreation With each other, they produce other suf-ka'ar. With other ka'ar, it follows the mother. With other pseudohumans, it follows the mother. Varies with other races, either halfbreeds or no issue.
Magic 1/1000000 have soul magic, 1/1000000 have heart magic. Mind, body, & void are all possible. Faith is not uncommon. Aetherial arts and shebvic arts are common, but infernal and heavenly ones are uncommon.
Special Powers

Suf-ka'ar have lightning within them. The intensity of the lightning ranges from average to supernatural, and their control tends to be the same. They are immune to electrical damage, and can sense storms better than most. They can also catch natural lightning.

If a suf-ka'ar is particularly skilled, the can arc his lightning through multiple targets, creating chain lightning. Furthermore, if several suf-ka'ar are present, they can amplify the lightning by arcing it through each other first.
Weaknesses Prolonged submersion in water will hurt or kill them.
Culture Suf-ka'ar have their own culture, and the center of it is their worship of the Storm God, whom they call Shan Dianyuan. Their four castes are yim-ka'ar, the servants; wla-ka'ar, the artisans; vsh-ka'ar, the warriors; and wai-ka'ar, the elders. Yim-ka'ar tend to be weavers, horsetenders, and storm seekers. Wla-ka'ar tend to be tentmakers, horsebreeders, and battery-crafters. Vsh-ka'ar are terrifying cavalry. Wai-ka'ar are meteorologists, philosophers, and power-mongers.
