Sue I have a couple minutes. What's going on at the shipyard?

Dionysus They tell you they're almost done, except for the parts you needed to do & a few more tweaks. Another few days should do it. The ship is radiant with void.

Dionysus To you, it looks beautiful on the voidscale. They keep calling it the 'Ugly Old Spinster'

• Sue eventually says, "To me it looks like a rainbow threw a party."

Dionysus "A black rainbow?"

• Sue shakes his head. "Just trust me, to athak sight, it's gorgeous."

Dionysus "We'll be sure to present it at the next athak boat show. Right now, you're gonna have a hell of a time steering this thing after a few minutes."

Sue "What's the problem?"

Dionysus "It's /fast/. Slowing down is difficult, & if your intended destination is the Island Bridge... Well, experienced sailors have trouble sailing through it at normal speeds."

Sue "What if we could stop it rapidly?"

Dionysus "If you can slow it down before you get to the bridge, at least a day or two out to be safe, & go through at normal or slower speed, you might be okay, but you're gonna need a helluva crew regardless. Those are rough waters."

Dionysus "As it is, slowing down is... uncertain. Period."
