| Description | Sirines appear to be anthropomorphic mandarinfish women with blue skin with whorls of color & golden hair. Their skin is marked with scale like patterns that shimmer in the light in a wide variety of colors. They have gills. |

| Culture | Sirines live in sisterhoods, groups of about 3 to 12 women who tend to share musical styles & relatives, as well as preference in male-types. Some sirines are chosen by tritons, & they end up ruling mermen socieites. Other sirines choose to be solitary, & these are often the best singers. |
