Shebvic Imperials

Those who rule an empire, usually defined as one who rules a slave-based economy that has spread beyond its original borders to contain many nations, countries, and territories, almost always in an oppressive, exploitative relationship. Distinct from imperialists, who are capitalists who control empires (see oligarchs).
