Ceimneoirs appear to be 5’ tall violet and green beings with disproportionately huge heads on spindly bodies that have stick-like fingers and clawed feet.

Ceimneoirs always lucid dream. If they lose control of their dreams somehow, it drives them into madness. In their dreams, they can seek out special symbols to bring new powers into the waking realm. Every power they bring allows them to sense or read dreams, help others with their dreaming, guide people into dreams, etc. They cannot have more than six powers at a time, but they can always swap them out in the Dream Realm.

Ceimneoirs come from a world in which they sleep almost all the time. A fey world from far off, it is half within the Dream Realm, half not, and they use this to travel to other worlds. They come to Shem to visit the realm of Faerie there, where they are welcomed as guides through the Dream Realm. Imperials often work with them for this reason as well.
