Warden of Aldergast Prison, Royum seems wholly devoted to his duty. He hates those he keeps watch over, seeing to it they suffer for their crimes, real or imaginary. He is cruel man, probably partially mad. He is excellent with a gun.

He is also head of the Blue Cloaks, master smuggler of aberrations & drugs. He is called "Arnoir" as his secret identity.
