Aurelia Rose Battisto, Rellie for short, grew up as a child of Arlie and Merian in Merukis. Even as a child, she showed an affinity for magic, and she learned spellcasting from her father in small doses. She took to book learning well, but it only got her so far. Between her love of magic and her love of the city, she also showed a love of gardening, and each spring, without fail, she would plant a magnificent garden on her parents' estate.

At the age of 33, she took the opportunity to join her father in going to Simon Academy, where she began to learn magic in earnest: meta, flora, hope, water, weather, sun, peace, air, fauna, order, she crafted her magic to focus on her second love, learning to make Spring Gardens the likes of which few had ever seen. When her mastery of magic was reached, she chose to accompany her father, wherever he ended up, and aide him in his adventures.
