Many on Shem believe that rainbows are bridges to the SupernalRealm, and thus, they not only allow souls to reach the heavens, but they also bring energies and angels from heaven to Shem. The rainbow represents nine Divines, each of which bring a different form of empowerment to the people of Shem.

The two Mothers of the Rainbows:
Iridal Walker: she who walks the Rainbow and guards heaven from evil
Prismatic Mother: she who painted the Rainbow in the sky

The seven colors:
Scarlet Warrior: the red stripe, the Brave Warrior, a righteous war god, he who brings fortitude
Fulvous Sword: the orange stripe, the Sword of Freedom, a righteous war god, they who bring the strength to liberate oneself
Saffron Spear: the yellow stripe, the Longwalker, a righteous war god, they who bring wisdom and guide strategy
Emerald Song: the green stripe, the Songstress, a goddess of harmony and music, she who brings euphony and unites us
Sapphire Beloved: the blue stripe, the Jeweled Goddess, a goddess of love and beauty, she who fills our hearts with love
Indigo Hope: the indigo stripe, the Last Hope, a goddess of hope and redemption, she who grants us grace
Lavender Light: the violet stripe, the Joybringer, a goddess of joy and delight, she who lightens our hearts and grants us happiness

Others divide the color spectrum differently: White/Chrome (Vision), Red/Scarlet (Valor), Orange/Fulvous (Liberation), Yellow/Saffron (Heaven), Green/Emerald (Music), Blue/Sapphire (Love), Violet/Lavender (Joy), Grey/Nickel (Wisdom), Black/Fekete (Hope)
