Elven powers work two ways: first, when a group of elves lives in an area, they begin to dominate life there, shaping the environment around them simply by existing. Second, the way they live their lives determines the sort of abilities they develop as they grow up.

For Qallurgian elves, the landscape remains uncivilized. They are as one with animals, though not unintelligent themselves.

Individual powers relate to animals. All of them can speak to animals.

Qallurgian elves live as animals do because they feel this is the proper way to live. They travel the jungles in small tribes, foraging like a pack of animals, taking on aspects of whatever animals they are near to fit in.

Qallurgian elves & wild goblins have a shaky relationship. Sometimes, they clash & make war, at other times, they tend to get along peacefully but warily. Trade between the two occasionally occurs.

Like all elves, they bear an inherent superior attitude that other races usually deem as arrogant. Furthermore, all elven societies are matrilineal.
