Between the old warehouses and the newer ones in the Point, just south of the Farmer's Market, it is bounded by Sands Drive to the northeast and the ocean to the southwest.

It is the second largest public park in the city next to El Arbol Park, and the only public beach (though people swim off the docks all the time anyway). It is a crowded tourist attraction.

Notable locations:

• Wienerlicious, a hotdog stand of much renown
• The Candy Tower, a revel-run candy shop on the beach
• Lassiter Rock, a small outcropping where ISS 99 was filmed
