| Description | Pentagnopes stand about 20' tall, with five eyes in their head. One in the center & four around it (like an X). They tend to have greenish skin & little or no hair, usually greenish black. |
| Procreation | Follows the mother amongst their own. Outside, it varies. Halfbreeds are generally impossible. |
| Magic | One in a million have soul magic. One in five hundred thousand have heart magic. Mind magic is possible, but rare, except for sealcasting. Body magic is possible, as is void. Faith is not uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Pentagnopes have a draining power through their main eye--they can suck the skill right out of others. Through the other eyes, they have emotion-vision, worth-vision, glamour, & energy drain. They are very intelligent & tend to know how to manipulate others. They dislike talking, though they are capable of it. Pentagnopes can also block off other's ability to read them, like cyclopses, but they tend to use this only as a last resort. |

| Culture | Quiet, solitary beings, they tend to live off of others that they have kidnapped, ransoming for food & money. They do not often deal with outsiders except to capture them & ransom them. Pentagnopes are known for their grim beauty & manipulative natures, & hobgoblins often work with them, but only as wary allies. |
