Beliefs:

Wysalia (Church of the Plains, Vanuish): Conflict only leads to more conflict. Peace is obtained through discussion and concession, friendship and alliance. Diplomacy is paramount. Peace is paramount. War is the ultimate evil. Cause no harm. Defend only at the most extreme of circumstances. Use non-invasive techniques when possible. Every beating you take only makes you stronger. Your death makes you a martyr. If they hurt you, they weaken themselves. Stand before them and let their bullets tear you down, for they will only be killing themselves. Your next life will reward you. Peace is more important than life. Conflict resolves nothing.

Afterlife:

The Vanuish faith tells that when one dies, if one's soul is at peace, it will go to its Reward in the Promised Land. If, however, the soul is conflicted, it will be trapped in a limbo where nothing happens until it can find peace. If a soul in limbo finds peace, it rises to Salvation, and then to Reward.
