| Description | Pallanian elves tend to stand about 6' tall. Like all elves, they are slender of build & have pointed ears. Their hair is white & their skin is usually pale human tone. |
| Procreation | It follows the mother amongst elves. Halfbreeds are possible outside faeborn. |
| Magic | One in five hundred thousand have soul magic. One in a million have heart magic. Mind & body magics are possible, as is void. Faith is not uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Elven powers work two ways: first, when a group of elves lives in an area, they begin to dominate life there, shaping the environment around them simply by existing. Second, the way they live their lives determines the sort of abilities they develop as they grow up. For Pallanian elves, the world is their oyster. Its secrets open up at their feet, its systems mold around their experience, and people tend to gain insights into their own selves in their presence. Individual powers relate to cultural thought itself. They can see in the dark & have keen senses that are more attuned to the flow of thought and culture than most other races. |
| Weaknesses | Ignorance harms them. |
| Culture | Pallanian elves tend to be wanderers, seeking the next experience that they can apply to the world around them, congregating in small groups and understanding what's around them. Pallanian elves commune with the ebb and flow of society, and they are often found advising individuals when they interact with them. Like all elves, they bear an inherent superior attitude that other races usually deem as arrogant. Furthermore, all elven societies are matrilineal. Owls are sacred to them. |
