| Description | At birth, all dragons look like large, pink worms. At maturity, orange dragons grow to be massive crocodilian beasts with orange scales. |
| Procreation | Dragons mate with each other only. Without intense supernatural interference, half-dragons are an impossibility. Dragons lay one to three eggs at a time. Upon hatching, a dragon immediately begins absorbing background energies. All dragon eggs are filled with pure, liquid draconic energy, which sustains the baby dragon upon hatching. |

All dragons accumulate energies by absorbing them naturally from the area around them. As such, they must carefully cultivate their lairs to provide the right kinds of energies, hence they hoard appropriate objects. | Subspecies | Named Beasts have accumulated so much nommos they begin to alter reality around them to share their Name. This distortion is very dangerous and those who reach this point are hunted and killed by all other orange dragons. If they are not, they tend to burn out after destroying a great deal of the world. |
| Culture | Orange dragons lay their eggs in tropical beaches and lakes. They live in small communities that share in all duties, including raising the young. They are very honest and will treat fairly with any who wish to ally with them. They build their hoards this way. Any orange dragon who tells a lie is outcast and must redeem themselves by unraveling a great mystery. Any who fail become kren-unlek, and they live in shame or become another kind of dragon. When orange dragons grow old, they are revered in their tribes and given places of honor. |
