Description Oizyses are feminine, human-like figures whose tears never stop falling.
Procreation With each other to create more oizyses.
Esoterica As beings of fate and arnim, oizyses have an affinity for the arts of fate and arnum. They also wield damaskian powers, ordinal blood energy, infernal energies, cacophony, and doom. Flux, qi, and fortune are impossible for them to wield.
Special Powers Oizyses have the ability to cause pain with their gaze at will. They can transform mortals against their will once per year. They can fly. Their tears burn like acid. They create contracts with mortals that give them incredible powers in exchange for that mortal's comfort and freedom from pain.

Weaknesses Oizyses are harmed by qi, fortune, and flux.
Nations Oizyses have two nations: one in the desert mountains and one in the caves beneath. The latter were disfigured by the process of becoming oizyses and fled the light of day.
Culture Oizyses live in the mountains, isolated, alone, trying to avoid others. When they do come across someone, they torment them or coerce a contract. If they meet another oizys, they fight over territory. Rarely do they form families, and when they do, they are always violent and abusive toward one another.
