Nommos

The energy of a person's identity, their self. The energy of all aspects of a person, place, or thing. It's True Name, and its component parts - body, heart, soul, and mind.

Emotional Resonance

The energy of the heart, unaligned to any power. This includes the energy of social connection (idiruko) and personality (qillqana).

• Primary species: empaths, metahumans who can sense the feelings of others; dhanus, metahumans who bond via social connections; and jamuqas, insubstantiates who are living personalities appearing as lights in waterfalls.
• Primary occupations: enneads, esotericists who use string figures to influence emotions; jimens, artisans who sew together with the threads of social connection; and unstayiris, artists who paint with their full personalities.

Mijjit

The energy of the body, the blood (blood energy or equivalent, such as sap) and other humors, of the bones (Raesian energy), of the flesh, of the skin, of the viscera (aifaellam).

• Primary species: homunculi, constructs made to be small hominids made of body magic.
• Primary occupations: wisins, athletes who alter their bodies with magical diet and exericse; chymosians, healers who balance the humors; bloodcasters, esotericists who wield their own blood to cast potent magic; bonecasters, esotericists who cast bones to learn many things; and haruspexes, esotericists who read entrails for information.

Nommic Energy

The energy of the True Name.

• Primary species: emets, insinsi who know the Names of all things, and uruvankankals, inmortals who epitomize the aspects of the Name.
• Primary occupations: namecasters, esotericists who invoke True Names to wield enormous power.

Psionic Energy

The energy of the mind, of thought, of memory (ancestral memory), of logic and reason (agpayso).

• Primary species: psionists, metahumans who have telepathic powers; ancestors, insubstantiates who are living ancestral memory; and managpanunots, insinsi who are extremely logical.
• Primary occupations: menstriaes, esotericists who have psionic powers; shamans, faithful who connect to their ancestral memory; and pagikkans, scholars who use their reason to learn.

Soul Energy

The energy of the metaphysical, of the soul, of the influences on a person, place, or thing by its experiences, beliefs, and actions.

• Primary species: pusarans, insubstantiates who are glowing, living souls.
• Primary occupations: sorcerers, esotericists who channel their souls through metallic rods.
