Naith was raised as a knight of Maraddon in the old order. His power to repel small weapons made him ideal for the military, especially certain of the more dangerous but subtle missions, so he was brought up training for the special forces. However, when he was 17, the Civil War broke out, & he was forced to choose sides while on a deep cover mission that brought him to the heart of the Red Cloaks. He chose to rebel & ended up in the midst of the war, half-trained & completely naive.

During the war, he ended up being plagued & controlled, living as a mindless pawn of the Plaguebringer & fighting his former allies on both sides, until he was coralled in Zudan, & the Staff of Justice restored him to health. He awoke from what seemed like a long, bad dream to find that everything he knew was wrong--the side he was on was now completely altered. The Empire was in turmoil. He did the one thing he knew was right: he began fighting the Yellow Cloaks.

After the war, he returned to swear Service to the Empire, being made a Knight once more. He began his training in earnest, selecting to try for a role in the Silver Torches.

When Klaus requested experienced cadet volunteers to join him on a mission to Tamarnthek, Naith readily joined up. When Wade fell, he became determined, & when Quova never returned, he became angry. He has begun to develop a hatred for ogres & evil.

• Dionysus: another legend, it's so astonishing they think anyone believes they're just a band
• Hunny: Bronccour, what a big bear
• Jack: what was it my mom said? "All the girls wanted him, & all the guys wanted to be him"? I don't really understand why
• Kashaji: I hope it stays loyal
• Little Wing: cute little bird
• Magnum: I watched him play. It's rather impressive what he can do with just one arm
• Manny: terrifying
• Sue: they say void can kill a mutant if targeted correctly. Be wary of this one
• Odellino: he reminds me of a court jester I once knew
• Airship crew: when that cabin boy got hit, I never felt worse in my life
• Cogswell: he's always got his nose in a book
• The veterans: Well, it will make feel safer, but I don't want to be relegated to a lesser position
• Ogres: monsters that ought to be exterminated
