| Description | Na'wa appear to be circles of lavender-gold, surrounded by four fiery wings. Within the circle is a man-like figure with beautiful eyes. Their feet never touch the ground. |
| Procreation | As permitted by their leaders, only with each other. |
| Esoterica | All angels gain power from the Divine they serve. They are made of heavenly light, and therefore, all of their powers are filtered through that energy. Na'wa are imbued with qi, blood energy, and the Divine might of Kinship. Other powers vary and are limited in their uses, but unholy powers are impossible. |
| Special Powers | Each kind of angel has special powers based on their function in service to their Divine. All angels have a holy aura. For na'wa, that aura is intense familial love. All angels also communicate directly to the souls of the faithful or those who have not been wholly corrupted. |
| Scribe | Scribe na'wa have powers that aide them in the administration of their domains. They have a pen made from one of their feathers, called a stylus. A na'wa's stylus has the power to inscribe the genealogy of a person onto an object, empowering it. They have an oculus power that allows them to see family connections. They also have an aspectu, which is their power to see and understand relationships with a glance. All scribes understand any non-evil language and have the power to understand their Divine's judgment of a mortal and inscribe it upon the scrolls of Heaven. |
| Herald | Herald na'wa's powers aide them in spreading the Word of Kinship. They bear a trumpet called a lituus, which heartens those who care for their families (blood or chosen) and saddens those who have scorned them. Their cross, or crucis, enhances bonds of family connection in those near it. And their scrolls bear the Word, which inspire love and care in those who hear or read them. Herald na'wa have a capio, or required task, which requires them to spread togetherness. As they do this, they become stronger. Their oculus allows them to see family connections, and their infundere allows them to infuse a sense of belonging into the lost. Heralds can appear anywhere, though if they appear in unholy areas, it can hurt them. They speak all non-evil tongues. No one who hears their words, or voce, will ever forget them. |
| Warrior | Warrior na'wa have powers that aide them in fighting evil. They bear a sword called a gladius and a shield called a scutum (though their appearances to not necessarily match those terms). Their gladius is empowered by family connections, and their scutum will not allow any harm to pass if children are endangered. Their oculus allows them to see bloodlines. They have a presence called a coram, which comforts and connects those near them. Warriors gain power through service. For every 1,000 beings of pure evil they destroy, they gain a new power, capping at twelve:
The more evil a foe is, the more attacks a warrior has per round, capping at twelve. |
| Guardian | Guardian na'wa protect innocents and followers of Kinship. Those they protect cannot see them without esoteric intervention. If their ward's soul is in incredible danger, they can intervene at the cost of their existence. Guardian na'wa have a power called teneo, which allows them to absorb loneliness to protect their ward. Their oculus allows them to see connections of all kinds, and their augere power allows them to increase the acceptance in their ward, if need be. Once in the life of their ward, they may physically intervene to protect them, surrounding them with a holy barrier that repels predators. |
| Lord | Lord na'wa are the most powerful of all angels. Their very presence exudes power. This is called coram. For lord na'wa, their presence is one of familial love, allowing them to extend protection to all the young around them. Every lord angel gains power both from serving their Divine and from being served by lesser angels. The gain a new power every Age they exist in service, capping at twelve:

| Service | Na'wa serve Kinship. Scribe na'wa administer the work of the Sanctum. They keep track of the acts of kindness and love and the transgressions of all children and followers of Kinship. They do all of the minor tasks that make the realm of Family, Kinship, and Community work. Herald na'wa spread togetherness in the world. They leave the Sanctum and spread the Word, seeking out those mortals who will do great works of kindness and unity in the world and empowering them. They also carry messages for Kinship between Her and other Divines. Warrior na'wa are the army of Kinship and Protection. They oppose evil in all its forms and serve as Kinship's defense against the powers of the Infernal. They are a closely bonded army led by their Matriarch Feremael. Guardian na'wa protect the young and followers of Kinship. They exist as protectors. Holier beings sometimes have more than one guardian. They cannot leave their service to their ward, or they fall. Lord na'wa run the Sanctum and see to it that all other na'wa are doing as they must. Babies and animals sometimes can see them when others cannot. |
