Aerodynamics! The finest science, though meteorology is a close second, I suppose. And geology isn't bad. Physics is good, real solid, base of the whole thing kinda stuff.

But aerodynamics! Mother of Bernouli! This is what I am talking about. You spend thirty years studying the way a bird's wings work, the way a bumblebee flies, the curvature of a gnome's catapulting, the velocity of a laden Taggaran swallow, and it is all rewarded with what?

Some magic stones and a big tub of metal. Still, there's a lot to be learned here.
