| Special Powers | Mindlings do have the usual halfling fear resistance & wanderlust, but tautning & learning of languages is replaced by their psionic abilities. Notably, their psionic transfer ability gains bonuses for transfer of languages, & they have the ability to do a deep-emotional altering that works in the same fashion as a taunt. It is their strongest psionic ability. |
