Garu's son, Marg is a young boy, about 13, who is confused, scared, & lonely. After the destruction of Anlir, Marg ended up being helped by the Red Cloaks to get to safety & shelter. However, the ensuing chaos led him to be lost until Matrim found him. He was lost, alone, & richer than most people ever come to be--& carrying the money with him. Matrim took him in & eventually left him in the care o Emily Brand, who took him to Argent Estate, where he was taken in.

During his time at Argent Estate, he was taken under the wing of everyone around him. Emily saw to his daily care, Datuna took it upon herself to try to educate him, Jarod teased him like a brother, Kail taught him to fight, & Gas--later Bloodhound--took to showing him around & generally bein his friend. By the time the estate needed to leave for Ienova, he was an unofficial Silver Torch & ward of the house. Recently, Datuna has talked Jarod into adopting him. The paperwork is nearly finished.
