Description Manatics appear to be deep blue skinned humans with thin, frail bodies & domed foreheads. They are 9' tall.
Procreation Follows the mother. Halfbreeds are possible, but rare, especially with other judges.
Magic All have heart or soul magic. Mind magic and body magic are possible, but rare. Void is not possible. Faith is uncommon.
Special Powers Manatics have heart or soul magic. They also have the ability to see on the magicscale & the ability to absorb, drink, or wild surge at will.
Weaknesses Void hurts them.
Culture Manatics tend to live scholarly lives, studying the way magic interacts with the multiverse.
