Description Malasterians are alien beings with elongated fingers and tight-fitting skin. Their eyes are cloudy white and their hair is made of thin strands of minerals, mostly quartz. Their skin tone is a navy blue.
Procreation With each other to make new malasterians. With asterian subraces, it follows the mother.
Esoterica All malasterians have command of astral aether in order to create vacuums. Some practice other arts with it. Poioumenonic arts, such as magic or wyrding, are rare, but soul and heart magic do naturally occur for one in every five hundred thousand asterians. Heavenly arts are extremely rare, but infernal arts are not. Faith is not uncommon, almost always that of the Immensity.
Special Powers Malsterians have the ability to create vacuums and blackholes. To create a vacuum, they must not be in one in the first place, and they must meditate. To create a blackhole (usually a small one), they must draw in astral aether and collapse it in their hands. All malasterians know their cosmic position from birth.
Weaknesses Malasterians will go mad if they forget their cosmic position, and holy powers affect them.
Culture Malasterians are the most independent and hated of the races of asterian. They live in scattered colonies of pirates and raiders, and they do this simply because they wish to harm those around them. They kidnap other asterians to pilot their ships and use techniques to brainwash them from a young age.
