| Magic | 1/1000000 have soul magic, 1/1000000 have heart magic. Mind, body, & void are all possible. Faith is not uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Mal-ka'ar have hellfire. The intensity of the heat ranges from average to supernatural, & their control tends to be the same. They are immune to unholinesss, & can sense evil better than most. They can also wrap themselves in brimstone armor if they are particularly powerful. |
| Weaknesses | Submersion in holy water will hurt or kill them. |
| Culture | Mal-ka'ar tend to be proud, cruel, & arrogant. Outside ka'ar soceity they are generally servants of powerful lords in military capacities. Mal-ka'ar have four castes: ban-ka'ar, the servants; iil-ka'ar, the artisans; haz-ka'ar, the warriors; and jin-ka'ar, the elders. Ban-ka'ar are taskmasters and slaves. Iil-ka'ar are smiths and vicious merchants. Haz-ka'ar are shock troopers. Jin-ka'ar are Vendalian or objectivist philosophers and politicians. |
