Mai Haske is a massive rainbow serpent made up entirely of radiant energies. They are said to be 900 feet long, with a wingspan equal to their length. They do not have a set gender, and thus are referred to as they/them. They embody the rainbow itself, but also the act of creation, the realm of dreams, all the colors there are, water as a source of life, and relief, redemption, and empowerment. They can take the form of a rainbow, but they usually appear to be a serpent with rainbow scales, studded with tiny shells and crystals, and vast feathered wings of every color. They have a crest along the back of their neck. Sometimes they have a beard.

Their powers include bringing or forming rainbows, restoring watering holes, bringing or stopping rain, appearing in dreams, creating life from blood or worlds from dreams, instilling fertility, and wielding (radiant) thunder and lightning.

Mai Haske has many names. Though she was originally identified and connected to the peoples of the southern Island Bridge, who name her Warnayarra or Nakahi Aniwaniwa, she became better known throughout the world by her servitors the Kupenya Nyoka, who originated in eastern Taggarus, thus she is mostly known as Mai Haske. Other names include but are not limited to Ama'ori or Ori'ama, or Sèpan Lakansyèl in the Reever Sea, Toba-o in western Taggarus, Ular Pelangi in northeastern Dabusen, Vāṉavil Pāmpu in subcontinental Dabusen, Thueban Qaws Qazah throughout Mahad, Jýiva Mbói in eastern Palhur, Cōzamālōtl Cōātl in central Palhur, Nathair Tuar Ceatha throughout Lyrilla and in Celeste Isle, and by many other names around the world.

They represent the power of radiance itself, and thus, they bring empowerment, joy, health, community, solidarity, harmony, inspiration, bravery, guidance, and the dream of liberation (as actual liberation is only possible if we liberate ourselves) to those they interact with.

A feather from Mai Haske will contain one of those nine properties, granting +12 bonuses in at least one stat, skill, power, ability, etc. to the bearer so long as they are not one who oppresses or a servant thereof. A scale, crystal, or shell from Mai Haske will repel msawhat and all its subtypes and infernum and all its subtypes.Their breath is a refreshing wind, their venom only harms evil, and their gaze sees throughout the cosmos and into the dreams of all.

During the last War of the Gods, Mai Haske appeared to face off against the Eldritch. Their power helped seal the Eldritch away, but they were greatly weakened, and evil Divinities tricked her into escaping into the Lesedian Mirror, where they sealed her away with trickery. Her servitors now seek to free her and the entire world.
