Knaves feel what others are feeling & can transfer some emotions much like a greater empath, but they feel the same way enders do (with negative emotions evoking positive responses, & bad ones neutral responses). They cannot soothe related knaves, as there is no room in them for comfort.

A knave can only transfer negative emotions, & then only if he is sufficiently negative himself. He can also invoke the Knave's Touch power by burning away strong negative emotions he is feeling from others.

Knaves recognize other empaths & subraces instantly when one is within range of empathy.
