Kioteti

Not much is known about where or when Kioteti came from, but they tend to a garden on the edge of reality that has ever plant that never existed. Their motivations are mysterious, but it is clear that in the Fragmentation, their intention is to take advantage of time's fragile state to plant the souls of those who exist on the edges of time within their garden. They have killed several mortals unstuck in time already. Kioteti is a genderless figure, slender of form, wearing black rubber gloves and an all-white suit. Their face is covered in a yellow mask with red goggles masking their eyes. They have a small metal spade that drips blood.
