Jubilarians can cause virtues to manifest as physical attributes, either on themselves or others, if they burn off the virtues they have gathered. They can affect other empath subraces. They are resistant to normal dieases & poisons. Jubilarians recognize other empaths & subraces instantly when one is within range of empathy.
