| Description | Completely invisible except on the void spectrum, where they appear to be colorful translucent versions of what they were in life. |
| Corruption | Most iqt'keze form accidentally when an accident of void nullifies them, leaving only their souls. Some are created intentionally, however. |
| Esoterica | Iqt'keze are beings of void and msawhat. They retain the powers they had in life (usually void) at significant strength, and in undeath, their void arts become much more powerful. |
| Special Powers | Iqt'keze cause unease in those who are aware of them. Their touch nullifies and absorbs souls. Their gaze paralyzes. Their voices freeze the emotions of any who hear them. An iqt'keze can control any being of void if they kiss them. As they absorb nullified souls, they gain incredible strength which allows them to control, wield, and alter void to nullify various other things besides energies (distance, time, minds, etc.). |
| Necromancy | To become an iqt'keze, one must intentionally nullify their bodies in a ritual (27) that retains the soul, mind, and heart of the person. If the person is not a void-based being, the difficulty is much higher (33). The ritual to do this requires technological or chemical resources using irritological conversion of void to interact with mijjit, mansam, bone, humors, viscera, and qi, replacing it with void and msawhat. To control an iqt'keze, one must have a special machine designed to seize the phantasm's mind or heart. To summon one, one must program a void-computer to do so using irritological formulae. To capture and draw power from one, one must find the process that first create it and reverse it, bringing the iqt'keze into a special machine. A medium may channel an iqt'keze at great risk if they have any resistance to void energies. |
| Sending | An iqt'keze can be sent if their body is reconstructed and they are trapped within it again for four days. |
| Weaknesses | Mana is especially effective against them, but heavenly essences, qi, or the gates can send them as well. |
| Behavior | Iqt'keze hunger for souls and begin hunting them down immediately upon their creation. As they gain strength, they begin to enslave other void-beings, building massive armies. |
| Dominion Culture | The iqt'keze are the ruling class of the Qhanuum Dominion. They dominate and control all other void-based undead within it. |
| Other Dominions | No other Dominion has iqt'keze in it. |
| Mortal Interactions | Most mortals know nothing of iqt'keze, but void-based beings do. They see them as dangerous masters of life-null. |
| Afterlife | An iqt'keze cannot be redeemed, but immediately goes on to the Void after being sent. |
