Special Powers Inoxans float naturally in any atmosphere (or none at all). They are psionic beings, specifically powerful with ponokinetics, or the psionic ability to trigger pain receptors.
Weaknesses Physical assault.
Culture Inoxans thrive off the psionic energy harvested from those in pain. They have slaves from around the cosmos that they use for this purpose. They live in great nations of cruelty and conquest on Inoxuil.
