| Description | At birth, all dragons look like large, pink worms. At maturity, horn dragons grow to be massive, red scaled, seven headed beasts with ten horns. |
| Procreation | Follows the mother with each other. |
| Magic | One in three has soul magic. One in three hundred has heart magic. Mind & body magic are possible. Void is unlikely. Faith is not unheard of. |
| Special Powers | Dragons gain new powers as they grow older. At each stage of growth, they gain a new ability, culminating with the twelth ability when they reach old age. They are born with the ability to breathe intensely hot flames. By the age of one thousand, they will have the ability to become invincible for a day once a year. By the age of five thousand, they will have the ability to create a wall of sleek, impenetrable steel about themselves. By the age of nine thousand, they will be completely unable to be calmed when angry, so great is their belligerence. By the age of twelve thousand, they will be impervious to magical or divine forms of sharpened edges, only harmable by blunt force. By fifteen thousand, they will be immune to poisons, magical or mundane or divine. By the time they are twenty thousand years old, they are able to grant another being one of their scales, allowing them to fight better. By the age of twenty five thousand, they can cause sharp spikes to hail from the sky. By thirty thousand, they can summon a small force of elite warriors. By the age of forty thousand, they are able to immolate a foe at will. By sixty thousand, they can instantly appraise the fighting skill of a foe by sight, & finally, by the age of seventy five thousand, any horn dragon can strike seven times in a single round. Like all dragons, they can take on a smaller form at will from the time they reach maturity onward. This form, with horn dragons, is that of a minotaur. |
| Weaknesses | Peace magic or faith can harm them. |
| Culture | Horn dragons, like most dragons, are solitary beings, for the most part, only coming together under the reign of a greater dragon. They are belligerent, vicious bastard creatures who stalk their territory and seek combat with worthy foes. |
