Hartaqquen

The Chronurians can't prove that Hartaqquen is an agent of the Web of Srisia, but even if they could, they would probably intentionally ignore it - Hartaqquen is the only watcher who has ever survived being Rhevalla Sris's watcher for longer than a few months. She is a very powerful esotericist, practicing multiple infernal and aetherial arts. She is cold-hearted and ruthless, intelligent, and a little sadistic. She is fascinated with the Fragmentation.
