Beliefs:
Haino (Church of the Artisan, Artisans): Knowing is good, but knowing how is better. Be able is best. Learn to do everything you can, because you never know what will be needed when. No skill is unnecessary. No skill is useless. Attain skills and hone them. It is okay to not know how, but not to refuse to learn how if you can. If you are a master of one skill, that is great. If you are a jack of all trades, that, too is great. But if you are a master of all skills, that is nirvana.
Afterlife:
Those who are truly skilled in life will carry those skills on to the afterlife, becoming a higher form where they can master metaphysical skills and gain Enlightenment. Those who neglect their skills or simply get by on what they are born with are deemed unworthy and end up in an empty limbo state.
