Once the bold Captain Guy Killroy of Davendale, Staff of Justice, & Keeper of the Peace, Guy has retired to serve the council. He's a bit thick, a little forgetful that he's no longer a man of action, & quite brash & impulsive, but he's got good intentions. He just doesn't know how to deal with the bureaucrats.
