| Description | A gual'bran is about 9' tall, with the normal range of human skin tones & hair colors, but all gual'bran have eys that are slate grey. They dislike clothing, wearing the bare minumum for the society they are in. |
| Procreation | With each other for more gual'bran. With other brannishes, it follows the mother. With other races, it usually follows the mother. |
| Magic | One in five hundred thousand have heart magic. One in a million have soul magic. Void & mind magic are possible, but extremely rare. Body magic is not unheard of. Faith is fairly common, usually war, might, or dragon. |
| Special Powers | A gual'bran has the ability to pick up a weapon & know how to use it almost instantly. Usually, they have a discipline that they focus on--some on melee, some on ranged, some on mechanical, some on blades, some on just lances, etc. This power extends to magical versions of these weapons--a gual'bran can pick up a magical sword & know everything about it. |
| Weaknesses | Peace magic & faith can cripple a gual'bran. |
| Culture | Gual'bran outside of Bran are usually loners, seeking greater weapons or greater challenges. In Bran, they are a strange society that thrives on conflict. Any form of conflict results in a member of that society raising to a higher rank & one dropping to a lower rank (the lowest rank being "dead"). Indeed, all gual'bran view the dead with nothing but contempt, viewing them as weaklings, even those who die of old age. Once a person dies, they become forgotten at best, hated at worst. Losing is the worst thing imaginable to a gual'bran. |
