| Description | At birth, all dragons look like large, pink worms. At maturity, green dragons grow to be green pink lizards with scales like flower petals (that spread open to catch the sun and attract insects). Their wings are like that of dragonflies, and they have six reptilian legs ending with sharp red claws. |
| Procreation | Dragons mate with each other only. Without intense supernatural interference, half-dragons are an impossibility. Dragons lay one to three eggs at a time. Upon hatching, a dragon immediately begins absorbing background energies. All dragon eggs are filled with pure, liquid draconic energy, which sustains the baby dragon upon hatching. |

All dragons accumulate energies by absorbing them naturally from the area around them. As such, they must carefully cultivate their lairs to provide the right kinds of energies, hence they hoard appropriate objects. Other common powers include dandelion drift, sweet perfume, attraction, sap spray, and lignifying gaze. |

| Subspecies | Verdant dragons have accumulated more greenlight than most. They become massive, green and green-colored lizards with dozens of wings and insectoid eyes. They have a greenlight blast breath weapon, control plants at will, and are constantly covered in vines and moss. |
| Culture | Green dragons lay their eggs in forest glens, surrounded by greenery. The parents raise the young in a small community that protects the local forest. At maturity, green dragons have the choice to remain and help with guarding the forest or go find their own places. Very few leave, but those that do are kren-arcoi. Green dragons make alliances with the locals in their forests to help them guard the forest and build their hoards. In old age, green dragons go deep into the forest to die and nourish the great woods. |
